BEd TEACHING PRACTISE FIRST WEEK REFLECTION ( 04/01/2022 - 08/01/2022)

 BEd Teaching Practise  Reflection

My first way to attain the dream profession started  here. As per the Bed curriculum the third semester BEd course involves the completion of 40 lessons in the school. So I selected the GHSS Palayamkunnu school to practise the teaching. I started the teaching practise on tuesday 04/01/2022 and I also have my student teachers to practise the teaching in the same school.

First day (04/01/2022) was awesome and beatiful. I know the teachers of GHSS PALAYAMKUNNU  very well beacause I studied the school at 5 th standard to plus two,So I am happy to see the teachers again and I am very happy to communicate with them. The teachers alloted the class for me for teaching, the classes were 9B and 8F.I am excited to see the children of that classes. First day on third period I went to 9B class to teaching the chemistry subject. That was the first class to take the portion,so I am happy. Due to covid pandemic the school arranged the classes by batchwise,so the  half students of the class came to the class on monday, tuesday, wedensday and the second batch students,that means rest of half students came on thursday,friday and saturday. The first batch students was awsome and they respond each of the questions. They answeres the questions very quickly and it was an amazing experience for me. On the afternoon session I participated in the noon feeding session, I supplied the lunch and curries to children,this was an amazing experience and happy moment to me. I enjoyed the whole moment of school time and I feel peacefull. On the evening I went to home at 3 15 pm.

The second day of the BEd teaching practise was funny and enjoyble,beacause the first two periods were taken to arrange an awarness programme on the topic " satyameva jayathe " which is an awareness given to the children based on the uses and misuses of mobile phones and the trutheness of the fake news and events.The teachnolgical aspects of the school was awesome,the audio system,video system of the computer lab was amazing.I attended the function of this programme and I heard lot about misuses of social media and networking.

I had class on third period that was on 8F .The children of te class are energetic and active.they clear the doubts of the study material very fastly. The students are very interactive and easily catch the ideas of the contents.

In the afternoon session I supplied the lunch to all the children. I enjoyed the noonfeeding programme and I saw the happiness of children because of they recieve the food. at  the evening about 3 15 pm  I went to home.

The third day of the teaching practise was energetic and interesting. I have no classes on thursday but I walked around the school ground and auditorium.I participated the noonfeeding session on the afternoon. I supplied the food to all the children and I take the curry to had my lunch.

The fourth day was very engaged and busy.The teacher asked to go to the vaccant classes. I went to the UP section. I got the 6 th standard and I give the work to the students to manage the classroom. The students are happy to see the class and it was very interesting. The second period was on the 7 th standard and the students of the classroom invited me as a friend,it was a wonderful experience to me.

The third period was at the 9 th standard . The second batch was very active and interesting.They actively responding the questions and easily catch it. The afternoon session enriched with the noon feeding session.
